Many people who come to see me are dealing with a recent crisis or difficult life change that they feel unable to cope with. Sometimes they are struggling with chronic, often life long patterns, that they have not been able to change. Relationship conflict, separation, grief and loss, abuse, anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming and be very difficult to overcome. With professional counselling you can find the guidance and support you need to deal with these difficult experiences.
The heart of my work is based on building a safe, supportive and compassionate counselling relationship.
I am committed to helping people face the challenges in their lives and make positive personal changes. I have a Masters degree in Counselling, as well as extensive training in Body Centered Psychotherapy, EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I have 25 years of experience providing in depth counselling with individuals and couples.
